Hi! I’m Jadine!
I’m a certified trauma-informed Breathwork Teacher, Advanced Mind-Body Medicine Facilitator, Applied Educational Neuroscience Practitioner and Nervous System-Obsessed Spaceholder. I’ve spent the last two decades learning how to help humans breathe again, in every sense of the word.
In addition to my work at The Breathing Teacher, I have spent 15 years as a Special Education Teacher and District Coach for Social Emotional Learning. I’ve taught and coached in classrooms, boardrooms, and sacred spaces sharing the tools of the nervous system and leading others back to regulation, resilience and presence.

It needs spaceholders who are embodied, trauma-aware, and grounded in the actual science of how humans heal. That’s what we’ll build together inside this certification.
